2. The BeachHouse (a guided tour of the premises):

The BeachHouse with its large terrace, 12 meters higher than sea level, is located a mere 20 meters away from the beach and serves as main residence and guest quarters.

2.1. The tower:

Enter The BeachHouse from the ground level main entrance hall which contains staircases leading to the upper and lower floors.

2.2. The main floor

Coming down the staircase from the entrance hall, on this main floor you'll find a restaurant consisting of:

2.3. G's kitchen (upper level)

Choose from an indoors table or a table on the outside terrace, both with excellent sea views from where to see the sun go down... The adjacent kitchen is geared up to deliver mouthwatering dishes from Belgium, France, Italy and Philippines. The store rooms adjacent to the kitchen ensure that adequate fresh, refrigerated and frozen food stock can be maintained under the best possible conditions.

2.4. JD's bar and piano lounge (lower level)

Before or after dinner, join JD in the bar and lounge area where a local and international selection of drinks awaits you. Take a stool at the bar or relax in the comfortable sofas. The piano against the wall provides for music that complements the setting, while a pool table is also available should you be tempted.  Should you wish to sip your drink outdoor, just step outside through one of the the large sliding windows on to the large terrace deck from where you can enjoy beautiful views of the Biliran Straight out to sea with Leyte visible in the distance. Stay for the sunset, they don't come more beautiful than that...

2.5. The wine cellar

If, like JD, you thoroughly enjoy a good wine, do we have a surprise for you. Yes, what would be a nice meal without a good bottle of wine? Our underground wine cellar creates the right humidity and temperature to keep wines for many years under the best possible conditions. Located behind a solid wood door (with a very large and secure lock....), this small treasure cove can hold up to 1200 bottles and is accessed from the bar area via a narrow staircase (sorry, supervised visits only... ask JD). A small table in the middle of the cellar (equipped with a basin and water tap) is available for wine tasting should you have difficulties making up your mind on what wine to choose from either the catalog or the labels.

2.6. The boardwalk

Large sliding windows allow free movement from the main floor onto the large outside terrace deck divided in three levels equipped with lounge chairs and terrace tables.

2.7. The beachcomber

The cosy gazebo on the terrace lowest level is the ideal place where to sit and relax while admiring the sun setting and being pampered to a delicious drink accompanied or not with dinner.

2.8. The plunge pool

Day or evening, if it is all getting too hot for you, why not take a dip in the small infinity plunge pool on the terrace's upper deck  level. Lounge chairs are also available if you would like to work on your tan or otherwise find shade under an umbrella.  A small BBQ on the side caters for some on the spot grilled finger foods while the bar is only steps away to pamper you with a cool drink anytime.

2.9. The guest floor (below the terrace)

Step down the spiral staircase from the upper deck terrace to access the guest area leading via a covered corridor, with sea views, to the guest lounge and rooms.

2.10 J's lounge and balcony

If you do not wish to enter the house through the main entrance hall, a separate and private guest entrance is provided on the side, leading directly in to the guest lounge with its own little terrace. From this lounge the guest rooms can be accessed along a covered corridor. It is also only steps away, along a footpath adjacent to the lounge, to reach the sandy beach 9 meters below.

2.11. The rooms

Fully air conditioned, these cosy rooms, each with their own private bathroom with large shower stall, come with a comfortable double bed, a sofa (which can be easily converted into an extra single bed) and a mini fridge. A large flatscreen TV on the wall (with satellite receiver offering a local as well as international choice of channels) completes the set up.
